Mufti Asad Gul
Mufti Asad Gul: is a Shariah Auditor for the Bank of Khyber Peshawar in Pakistan. He is a PhD Scholar and has completed his Master’s degree in Banking and Finance after getting Masters in Economics from Karachi. He graduated from one of the renowned religious educational institute in Pakistan and has written more than 50 Fatwas regarding Islamic Finance during his education in Jamia tur Rashid, Karachi. Mufti Asad was awarded as one of the best speakers of Pakistan and he is well known for his convincing power with vast experience in the field of Islamic Finance.
Mufti Asad started his Career as Shariah Advisor and Trainer in E-reality Solutions and as a Shariah Coordinator at Diyana Islamic Financial Services in Karachi Stock Market. He had published three research papers on Islamic Banking. Mufti is regularly invited in different TV programs to speak on Islamic Banking in different languages and he is known for his expertise in this field. Moreover, he is not only training bankers but also conduct sessions regarding Islamic Banking in universities and answer variety of questions from both the faculty members and students. Mufti is an International Trainer; he was selected as a Lead Trainer for UK, London and also trained Staff of Afghanistan Bank for 3 weeks “Extensive Training Sessions” in Nibaf and Kabul.
In brief, Mufti is a Hafiz al-Quran, a Shariah Scholar and perusing PhD in Islamic Finance. He is a great asset to the IIEF Shariah Advisory Committee (SAC) and will be joining the training sessions as a trainer to share his knowledge and experience.
